The Moms & Daughters annual lunch is held every year on the first Saturday after the Matric dance. Matric girls get one more chance to show off their matric dance dresses in a fashion show designed to please young and old alike.
The Gymnasium undergoes a transformation ranging over the years from themes such as “Out of Africa”, “Hot Saffron” to “A Pastel Parade”.
Mothers and daughters in the Junior and Senior Schools are all invited to dress up in theme for the occasion, standing a chance of winning one of the best dressed prizes. Gorgeous raffle hampers are up for grabs. The funds generated from the raffles are used to defer costs.
We do not host this event as a fundraiser but rather as an opportunity for mothers and daughters in the Roedean community to connect and create special memories together.
