Our Literature Group draws lovers of reading, giving them the space to celebrate their shared love of reading as well as the opportunity to read as widely as possible. 

As part of the offering, we enter two teams into the annual International Kids’ Lit Quiz. This is an annual literature quiz for students aged 10-13 years and takes place in several countries across the globe. After the regional and national rounds, winning teams from each country then participate in the world final. South Africa has been involved in the Kids Lit Quiz since 2003 and our Roedean teams have performed exceptionally well over the years. They were the world champions in 2013.
