Each year, two of our Upper IV (Grade 7) pupils are elected to represent Roedean on the Johannesburg Mini Council. The Council is a registered non-profit organisation founded in 1972 and is made up of Grade 7 councillors from local Johannesburg primary schools. The election process to select two pupils to represent Roedean is robust and challenging. The successful candidates then work with the Council to help raise awareness of civic and community matters whilst assisting those less fortunate.
